R &D and Clinical Programme Management
H2 Pharma offers complete solutions to R&D and Clinical programme planning and management. Our focus is to provide Clients with rapid and tailored solutions to fit in with Client's strategic and operational needs, from initial proof-of-concept activities through to funding, licensing support and commercial product development.
On a strategic level, we assist Clients with the analysis of new product and licensing opportunities. We undertake the necessary technical due diligence and work in partnership with the Client to design and structure the overall development plan. We also assist in the development of function-specific plans and draw-in where appropriate technical expertise to develop or validate development strategy.
On an operational level, we provide extensive project management support for the entire R&D programme, or specific functional components such as clinical and non-clinical development. We work with the Client to assess project costs, resource needs and investment timings. We also source and manage external vendors and contract research organisations, including research laboratory, Clinical CROs and contract manufacturing organisations.
